Rose Nieves Mora

April 1, 1935 - October 19, 2023

Rose Nieves Mora, a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, passed away at her home in Feasterville on October 19, 2023.

Born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico on April 1, 1935, rose lived her life making wonderful friends through her passion of hair styling at her beauty salon. Her love for her children and grandchildren was endless. She loved to travel to Puerto Rico, Florida and California. Wherever her family was, if it was possible to get there, she went.

In 1952 she came to Philadelphia and became a seamstress working in a factory until she saved enough money to put herself through beauty school. Soon that flourished into her becoming a salon owner and she moved her family to Feasterville, PA to provide her children a better life.

She is survived by her two sons, Robert W. and Joseph L. Nieves, her grandchildren, Robert J. (Danielle), Joseph M. (Priya), and James D., and her great grandchildren, Emilia rose, Theodore Albert, Miya Victoria, and Ellyah Grace.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough, PA on Monday, October 30, 2023 from 6-8:00pm.

Rose, will be missed by many, but I hold a special love for Rosie, we shared many hours together in her shop. Working for Rosie was a great experience, thank you for giving me the opportunity so many years ago, it mold me into the hair stylist I became. She'll forever live in my heart.
My condolences to the family especially Joe and Bobby
