At Home on Hospice

First, call for your hospice provider if they are not already present. They will complete their necessary steps.

In the meantime, contact Wade Funeral Home. After hospice has completed the necessary steps, we will bring your loved one into our care. Then, we will plan a time to make arrangements, where we will guide you through the funeral planning process.

At a Healthcare Facility

The nursing home or hospital will automatically complete their necessary steps.
