William L. "Bibbs"/"Bigger" Wallick, Sr. passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at St. Mary Medical Center, with his loving family by his side. He was 95 years old. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, son of the late Joseph V. and Mary (nee Lyall) Wallick, he was a Bristol resident for most of his life. Mr. Wallick was a graduate of Bristol High School, Class of 1948, and a United States Army Veteran. He served in the 7th Cavalry during the Korean War, where he received the National Defense Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, and the Korean Service Medal. He was employed at Rohm & Haas Company in Bristol for 41 and a half years, retiring in 1990. Following his retirement, he enjoyed working with his sons at Wallick Bros. Tires. Mr. Wallick loved all sports, and was known as "Lanky Bill Wallick" when he played basketball at the Franklin Athletic Club. He enjoyed visiting Atlantic City with his wife, spending time with his family, and never missed attending his grandchildrens' sporting events and activities. He was very proud to see all of his grandchildren graduate college.

Predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Dorothy E. "Dot" (nee Mazzella) Wallick, and his brothers, Joseph Wallick and Eugene Wallick; he is survived by his loving sons, William Wallick, Jr., Robert Wallick and his wife, Claudia, and Thomas Wallick and his wife, Laura. He will be sadly missed by his seven grandchildren, Ashley Raudenbush and her husband, Charlie, Robert Wallick, Jr. and his wife, Lauren, Kaitlin Wallick, Carly Gardener and her husband, Austin, Brandon Wallick, Mary Wallick, and Thomas Wallick, Jr; and his five great-grandchildren, Reese, Reid, Rowen, Chase, and Scottie Lynne; along with several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Saturday, April 5, 2025, 11:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. Interment, private. Friends may call on Saturday morning from 9:30-11:15am at the funeral home. As a proud Bristolian and supporter of all Bristol athletics, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bristol High School Athletic Association and/or the Jean May Shapcott Scholarship Fund.
