Sonia O. Soto

Sonia O. Soto (Guardarrama) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, May 7, 2021. She was 77. Born in Arecibo, PR, daughter of Vincente Guardarrama and Maria Centeno Reyes, she has been a Bristol Borough resident for the past 54 years. Mrs. Soto loved to cook and made sure everyone was always fed.

She is survived by her husband, Marcelino Soto, 3 children, Maria Soto-Shore (Layne), Elifa Soto (Zory) and Marisol Goerig (Al), her grandchildren, Thomas A. Soto, Denise L. Soto, Rylee M. Goerig, Mya N. Goerig and Elifa N. Soto and her great-grandchildren, Kenneth Brown, Thomas A. Soto, Jr., Carter Soto and Kaysen Washington. Also survived by 3 sisters, Eustaquia Centeno, Blanca Cruz, and Sylvia Ramirez (Aurelio). Mrs. Soto was predeceased by 1 brother and 5 sisters.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, 10:00am at St. Mark Church, Interment, St. Mark Cemetery. Viewing hours will be Tuesday evening 7-9:00pm and Wednesday morning 8:30-9:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
