Ross L. Losco, Sr.

March 27, 1943 – July 6, 2023

 
 

Ross L. Losco, Sr. passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, July 6, 2023.  He was 80.  Born in Temple, Texas, son of the late Joseph and Rose DePinto, he was a Croydon resident for the past 68 years.  Ross was employed as an overhead crane operator at U.S. Steel, Fairless Works, retiring after 27 years of service.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Pius XII Council, where he reached the rank of 4th degree.   Ross enjoyed fishing, music and gaming.  

He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Ruthann (nee McGuckin) Losco, his son, Ross Losco, Jr. and his wife, Maryann, 2 grandchildren, Rebecca Semprini (Adam) and Connor Losco (Katie) and his 2 great-grandchildren, Isabella and Angelo.  He is also survived by 1 brother, Joseph DePinto.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather with his family for a Life Celebration on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 11-3:00pm at their home, 621 2nd Avenue, Croydon, Pa.  Arrangements are under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
