Ronda J. Slager passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She was 67 years old. Born in Trenton, NJ, and raised in Levittown, PA, she had been a Newtown resident for the past 37 years. Ronda was employed as a Registered Nurse at Wood Services in Langhorne, PA, where she was dedicated to caring for children with special needs. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her grandchildren and spending time at her family's cabin in the mountains.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Bruce Slager, Sr.; her 2 sons, Bruce Slager, Jr. and Ryan Slager, along with his wife, Allison; and her 3 grandchildren, Jack, Bella and George. Predeceased by her father, Ronald Birely, she is survived by her mother, Margaret Birely, 2 sisters, Gwen McAllister and her husband, Robert, and Diane Cameron along with several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to Celebrate Ronda's life on Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 9:00am-12:00pm at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Hospital at https://lovetotherescue.org.
