Robert W. “Bob” Loughlin

Robert W. “Bob” Loughlin, the adored husband, father, grandfather, uncle, friend, and mentor passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. He was 92. Bob, or Pop as he was known to his 13 grandchildren, was born in New York City on January 17, 1930. The only son of William D. and Agnes Q. Loughlin, he was raised in Mountain Lakes, NJ, attended The Clark School in Hanover, NH, and graduated from Lafayette College Class of 1953 where he was a proud member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

Over his lifetime, Bob was recognized for his generosity, his accomplishments - including 26 patents, and as an avid collector of fine art, antiques, and locks. Most importantly, Bob and his wife Ginny spent a lifetime cultivating and delighting in their large family and ever-growing circle of friends.

Bob is survived by his wife of 67 years and their five sons and families: Bill and Julia, Emily and Alex, Madeleine, and Jack; Mark and Carolyn, Kimi, Colin, and Peter; John and Anne, Robert, Julia and Greg, Cooper; Tom and Brooke, Emily and Clare; Jim and Carol, Sophie and Will.

A Memorial Service for the immediate family will be held on March 23, 2022 at the Wade Funeral Home in Bristol, PA. In lieu of flowers and in honor of a wonderful, full life please consider a donation to the charity of your choice.
