Philip S. Grondzki

October 31, 1977 - October 21, 2024

Philip S. Grondzki passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024 at his home in Warminster. He was 46. Born in Langhorne, he was raised in Levittown, graduated from Harry S. Truman High School, Class of 1998, and was a Warminster resident for the past 28 years. Philip was always happy and enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, staff, and aides at his home.

Philip is survived by his loving parents, Thomas and Marsha (nee Peltzman) Grondzki, his two sisters, Lisa Demeter (Joseph) and Kristie Grondzki, and his brother, Robert Grondzki. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Marc Miller, Jordyn Davidson (Ryan), Giavanna Prato, Joseph Demeter, and Thomas Demeter, along with seven great-nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his niece, Courtney Grondzki. Philip's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to his dedicated caregiver, Walt Hardy, and all of the staff at Delta Community Services who were dedicated to his care.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay respects on Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 9:30am until 11am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. A Funeral Service for Philip will follow at 11am. Interment will be held privately at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Delta Community Services, 1700 Woodbourne Rd, Levittown, PA 19057.
