Patricia M. O'Bara

Patricia M. O'Bara passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at St. Mary Medical Center.  She was 83.  Born in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Salvatore M. and Anita Ciaccia Giano, she has been a Langhorne resident for the past 30 years and prior to that was a longtime resident of Fairless Hills, Pa.  Mrs. O'Bara was a graduate of St. Hubert High School, Class of 1958 and was employed as a Comp Controller for Immediate Home Care for 22 years.  She was a member of the LAOH, Michael Dougherty Division 1, Bristol, a long time president of Parents Without Partners, and a Girl Scout leader for 12 years.  Mrs. O'Bara was also owner of O'Bara Ceramics for 10 years.

Wife of the late James V. Coles, Sr., she is survived by her children, Robert O'Bara (William Bonsal) and Sherry O'Bara, her grandchildren, Coreen Turk (Bob), William Dixon (Heather), and Brian Dixon, along with many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her stepchildren, James Coles, Jr. (Cindy), William Coles, Lisa Reider (James), Ann Marie Pearl, and Mark Coles.  She was also predeceased by her step-daughter, Barbara Goodnow.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Saturday, August 19, 2023, 10:30am at Assumption BVM Church, Feasterville-Trevose, Pa.  Interment, Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.  Friends may call Saturday morning, 9:00am-10:15am at the Church.  Arrangements are under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.
