Nanette M. Dilissio

Nanette M. DiLissio passed away on August 28, 2022 in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina after a brief illness. She was 66 years old.

Raised in Bristol Borough, she was a graduate of Bristol High School, class of 1974, and Temple University. She worked for several years as an elementary school teacher for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia before moving to the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area.

Nan was a devoted daughter, sister, and aunt. Nan loved life and was adventurous. She loved to travel with her siblings and friends, and her travels took her to all parts of the world. She loved the ocean and the beach, spending summers at her family home in Seaside Park, N.J. She was devoted to her catholic faith and an inspiration and mentor to those who reached out to her during their journey to convert to catholicism. She was kind, thoughtful, and fun to be with.

Daughter of the late Dominick and Mary (née Napoli) DiLissio, she is survived by her siblings Jannifer Hassen (Ron), Lauren DiLissio, and Dominick DiLissio, Jr. (Claudia). She is also survived by nieces Marissa (Tim) and Dinamarie, nephew Ron Jr. (Dana), uncle Ray DiLissio (Mary), godmother Pauline Napoli, and numerous cousins and friends from Bristol, Pa and Seaside Park, NJ.

Interment was held privately at St. Mark Cemetery, under the direction of the Wade Funeral Home, Bristol, PA.
