Michael J. Praul

US Air Force Veteran

 

Michael J. Praul passed away suddenly on Friday, February 17, 2023 at his home. He was 69. Born in Bristol, son of the late Benjamin and Grace (nee Murphy) Praul, he was a lifelong Bristol resident.  He was a graduate of Bristol High School and Bucks County Technical School.  Michael was a Sergeant in the U.S. Airforce, serving during the Vietnam War, where he worked as a jet engine mechanic.  After his service, he was employed as a mechanic/millwright for most of his life.  Michael enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing pool and shooting darts.  

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cynthia (nee Robidoux) Praul, 1 son, Michael Praul and his wife, Sheri,  his 2 grand-daughters, Brittany and Brandy and his great-grand-daughter, Kyla.  He is also survived by 1 sister, Joan Kilgore and her husband, Earl, 3 brothers, Francis "Reds" Praul and his wife, Betty, James Praul and his wife, Janet and John Praul along with many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, 1:00pm at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.  Friends may call 11:30am until time of Service.  Interment at Washington Crossing National Cemetery will take place at a later date.
