Lex was the greatest kid. I will never forget his slightly off color jokes that he would tell me every day and how he would stand at the front door with me in the mornings. He would greet EVERYONE. I will always miss him. May his family find comfort in the memories and may his name be a blessing.

My son, Jude, enjoyed playing on the same soccer team as Lex in the Fall of 2022. Lex dominated on the field and it’s no surprise that he made the travel team for Hulmeville. Jude and Lex were able to reconnect this year through their travel teams and were able to train together. Lex and his family are the nicest and we have been mourning this tragic loss. Lex will be deeply missed.

My deepest condolences to you and your family 🙏🏻 my thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time. I was so beside myself when I heard of Lex's passing. His bright smile, funny jokes and eccentric style, his hats and ties, would brighten anyone's day. His taste in music, especially Metallica, was beyond his years. Intelligent and artistic 🤓 in many ways. He will truly be missed but definitely not forgotten. 🌹❤️

The McClay Family would like to give our condolences to the Heinisch Family in their time of grief. All of us who are part of the “Mill Creek Family” are really hurting from this. Lex left an impression on so many. He will not be forgotten. I have included a few pics from when my wife chaperoned him and some classmates to the Elmwood Zoo back in the 2nd grade!
