Laurence M. Green, 63, of Bristol, Pa died January 14, 2021 after a battle with throat cancer. Laurence was born June 21, 1957 in Philadelphia to Donald and MaryLou (Willis) Green of Levittown. He attended Bishop Egan and Bucks County Technical School in Fairless Hills. He continued his education at Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, graduating in 1977 with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. Laurence retired from AMTRAK in June 2005. Since 2007, he has been a parishioner at St. Mark Parish in Bristol, where he performed numerous duties for the Parish. He was an active part of his community, helping neighbors and those who needed it.
He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, John (Susan) Green, of Downingtown, Pa, sister-in-law, Bernice Green of Philadelphia and brother-in-law, Edward Morin of Harrisburg, as well as 3 nieces, Teresa Pimpinelli (Green), Mary Katherine Green, and Louise Morin. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Stephen and his sister, Mary Louise Morin, who passed away on January 29, 2021.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Mass on Saturday, April 17, 2021, 11:00am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough. Interment, private. Friends may call from 10-11:00am at the Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
