Julian R. Bley, Jr.

August 4, 1952 - August 14, 2024

Julian R. Bley, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Jefferson Bucks Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.  He was 72.  Born in Key West, Florida, son of the late Julian, Sr. and Catherine (nee Crossan) Bley, he was raised in Bristol Borough and was a Levittown resident for the past 14 years.  Julian was employed as a 911 Dispatcher for the County of Bucks for 20 years.  After retirement, he enjoyed working at the Yardley Country Club.  He was an active member of St. Mark Church, where he served as a Eucharistic Minister, attended daily mass, and was involved in the This Man Is You program.  Julian was also a Life Member of Goodwill Hose Company No. 3 Station 52 and the Knights of Columbus, Council 906.  He coached Pop Warner Football and Bristol Borough Little League.  He enjoyed golfing and going to the shore.

He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Kathy (nee Demetor) Bley, his two daughters, Toni Bley and Kelli Bley, and his grandson, Styles Martin.  He is also survived by his siblings, Joanne Grisolia (the late Philip), John Bley (the late Pam), Jackie Bley, and Joseph Bley (Andrea), his sister-in-law, Mary Bley, along with many nieces and nephews.  He was also predeceased by his brother, Edward Bley, and his sister, Nina Bley.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Monday, August 19, 2024, 11am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough.  Interment, private.  Friends may call Monday morning from 8:30-10:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 215 Appletree Dr, Levittown, PA 19055 or St. Mark Church, 1025 Radcliffe St, Bristol, PA 19007.
