My Aunt Judy loved everyone, especially babies and her family. Our son, Nicholas, was born very late at night on 10/28/2006 and Aunt Judy was in the hospital to meet him on 10/30/2006. We were blessed to have Aunt Judy take care of Nicholas for us when I had to return to work 10 weeks after having him. She was so excited to spend the day with baby Nicholas. She not only took great care of my grandparents, but she was the best caretaker we could ask for when Nicholas was a baby. She always had a special bond with Nicholas and we loved that. Aunt Judy was such a Matriarch in our family. If you stopped in to visit her, you got fed, or sent home with cookies, and she also probably kicked your butt in a round or 2, or 3 of Rummikub. Boy did she adore my husband! He was always there to lend a helping hand to her when needed and she would always tell me that I got one of the good ones.
Sadly, Aunt Judy was called to be reunited with her parents, her brothers Jack & Jim (my Dad), my Mom (Nancy Nelson) and her Sister-in-law Anne and other loved ones. We will miss her very much but I know that she is happy to be with them again. We love you and miss you Aunt Judy. Sincerely, Melissa & Jason Ward

I remember this picture well. I was only 9 yrs old, but I remember it like it was yesterday. I was getting a sister because she was marrying my brother. She was showing off her engagement ring, and the picture was her engagement party. My Aunt Mary Eck, Aunt Joyce, Aunt Mary Sanelli, Cousin Sue, Aunt Phyllis and Mom D'Ambrosio were all in the celebration picture with her. Through the years, we became closer than I ever imagined we would and I grew to love her not only as a sister, but as a friend. I am so happy I got the chance to talk to her a few months ago. Anthony
