Judith A. Burton

Judith A. Burton passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, March 3, 2023. She was 71. Born in Hazleton, Pa, daughter of the late William and Leona (née Garshell) Martin, she has been a Bristol/Levittown resident all of her life. She retired as an Administrative Assistant for the State of New Jersey. Judith enjoyed traveling, going to the theatre, cooking and dining out. She had a special interest in criminal justice, spending most of her career in that field. Judith loved all animals, especially dogs.

She is survived by her husband, David Burton, her daughter, Jennifer Strieffler and her husband, Joseph, her step-daughter, Jenni Harmon and her husband, Paul and her grandchildren, Dillon, Jaclyn, PJ and Ben. She is also survived by her siblings, Dennis Martin, Janice Abel and her husband, Rick, Timothy Martin and his wife, Mary, Cindy Veight and her husband, Jerry, and Kimberly Fani and her husband, Paul, along with many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held privately under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough, Pa.  The family would appreciate donations in Judith's name to your local Animal Rescue.
