July 23, 1942 - January 2, 2024

Joseph J. Walsh passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia.  He was 81.  Born in Philadelphia, he was a Bristol Borough resident for 60 years.  Mr. Walsh was employed for many years at U.S. Steel, Fairless Works, before working at the Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority.  He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Bristol Lodge, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Michael Dougherty, Div. 1, Bristol, and the Knights of Columbus.  He was an avid sports fan, and especially enjoyed watching St. Joseph's University basketball.

Husband of the late Colleen (McCue) Walsh and father of the late Kimberly Walsh, he is survived by two sons, Eric Walsh and Rich Walsh, two sisters, Nancy Walsh and Kathleen Boccela, along with several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, 11am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough.  Interment, Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.  Friends may call Tuesday morning, 9-10:45am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.
