Jeanne Graves Sylvester Horn

Jeanne Graves Sylvester Horn, born Eleanor Margaret Jeannette Auckland, on November 6, 1929 to the late Eleanor and Frank Auckland, passed away peacefully, at her daughter and son-in-law's home, on Sunday, April 23, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was 93. Mrs. Horn was a graduate of Lower Moreland High School, Class of 1947, where she met and stayed friends with a group of women throughout her life. She was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and among various other occupations was the owner of an antique store on Mill Street in Bristol Borough. Mrs. Horn was a longtime member of Harriman United Methodist Church, where she served as the Sunday School Superintendent, was a member of the United Methodist Women and was active in many other groups and committees affiliated with the Church. She was a Girl Scout leader, a member of the Community Singles Group in Bensalem, and also enjoyed bowling, golfing and crocheting.
Wife of the late James Horn, and mother of the late Wilson Graves III and his wife, Diane, she is survived by her children, Candace Jeanne Davis (Richard), Alison Charlotte Angelaccio (Robert) and David Anthony Sylvester (Karen). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Rachel McVearry (Ryan), Sarah Davis (David), Nicholas Graves (Valarie), Nathaniel Graves (Samantha), Corinne West (Brandon), Caitlin Thoma (Michael), Emily Geeza (Daniel), Madison Sylvester (Paul), Tyler Sylvester and Hannah Sylvester (Nick) and her great-grandchildren, Saylor, Savian, Shevaun, Jillian, Kyle, Lucas, Kayla, Charlotte, Chloe and Willow along with many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough on Tuesday evening, May 2, 2023 from 7-9:00pm and again on Wednesday morning 9-10:00am with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00am at Harriman United Methodist Church, Bristol Borough. Interment, Tullytown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Harriman United Methodist Church, 1700 Wilson Avenue, Bristol, Pa 19007.
