Janet E. Flythe

Janet E. Flythe passed away on November 8, 2023 at her home in Croydon, PA.  She was 93.  Born in Philadelphia, daughter of the late William E. and Mary Edna Lahn, she was raised in Pennsylvania, then resided in Florida for 40 years before moving back to Croydon 8 years ago.  Mrs. Flythe retired from the University of Florida after many years of service.  She enjoyed cooking and canning.

She is survived by her children, Sharon Harris, Linda Tyler, Michael Tyler (Charlotte), Pamela Reese, and Penny Booth (Rob), along with many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  She was also predeceased by her son, John Flythe, and her siblings, William A. Lahn and Barbara Shippy.

Funeral Services will be held privately under the direction of the Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
