James G. Murray

James (Jim) G. Murray, 66, of Bristol Borough, PA, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at Jefferson Hospital. Jim was born in Philadelphia, PA in 1956, he was a lifelong Bristol Borough resident and graduated from Bristol High School (class of 1974). Jim attended Bucks County Community College where he pursued a degree in culinary arts where he made the dean's list. Jim was a lifelong member of The Ancient Order of Hibernians: Division 1. He was also a lifelong member of St. Mark’s Church. Jim was employed by Northtec Inc. for 20 years before retiring in 2015.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Francis J. and Ruth A. Murray. Along with his uncle Jeremiah (Jerry) Murray. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Patricia (Pat) Murray; his three children, two sons-in-law, and one daughter-in-law, Jackie and Greg Stevens, Jamie and Ryan Phillips, Jimmy and Brianna Murray; his three brothers, Edward Murray, John Murray, and Kevin Murray; his five grandchildren, Gregory “Boo” Stevens Jr., Michael “Micky” Stevens, Chase “Chasey” Murray, Jaxson “Jax” Phillips, and Ireland “Peanut” Murray; along with his many loving lifelong friends from Buckley Street.

Jim was a loving husband, father, and poppop. He was also an avid Philadelphia Flyers fan and a lifelong Philadelphia Phillies fan. Jim loved listening to music and was a devoted fan of The Beatles. He loved inviting friends and family over where he made breakfast for everyone.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough, PA. Friends may call 9:00am until time of Service.
