Holly Marie Hawryliak

Holly Marie Hawryliak, 39, of Bristol, Pa. lost her courageous battle with heart disease early Sunday morning, April 10, 2022.

Born with beautiful blue eyes and glowing blonde hair, Holly was a true contender in life. She lived an adventurous life and disability was never an issue. From an early age she participated in Girl Scouts, (the original Troop 1300), Special Olympics Track and Field and Swimming, acquiring many medals along the way.

After graduation from Truman High School in 2004, Holly attended Delta Community Center where every day was an adventure learning new life skills and making new friends.

In 2007, Holly pursued an independent living lifestyle and moved to Quakertown, Pa. for 12 years where she constantly drove people crazy, wanting more adventures every day, and where she met her BFF, Rosie, and the 2 became quite the pair! She enjoyed her part time job at BARC Production Services, and the paycheck even more.

In 2015, Holly started Equine Therapy at Ivy Hill Special Equestrians, a true test of her strength and ability. She always loved horses, and when she rode she just glowed with strength and pride, becoming a Gold Medal winner at Penn State Special Olympics with the Bucks County Equestrian Team.

Because of the Covid Pandemic in 2019, Holly returned back home to Bristol where she loved being spoiled and waited on. No lack of love in her life! Everyone knew her and everyone loved her. After all, she was Holly! The enigma, the presence and the love of all our lives.

Born and raised in Bristol, Pa. she is preceded in death by her father, Walter Hawryliak, Jr. Holly is survived by her parents, Francis and Jeanne McTamney, sisters, Carin Fabiano (Gary) and Carrie Ayala (Daniel), step-sister, Elizabeth Monaghan (Marcus) and step-brother, Matthew McTamney (Stephanie).

She loved and adored her nieces and nephews, Cierra, Nick, Cait, Errica, Cassidy, DJ, Declan and Nathan. Holly holds a truly special place in the hearts of Aunt Trishy, Aunt Kathy, (from day one) and her loving companion, Darien. There will never be a more loved and beautiful soul than our Holly Marie. "Peace out!"

Also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins in her beautifully blended family and don't forget.... "Markie did it!"

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Monday, April 18, 2022, 11:00am at St. Mark Church, 1025 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. Friends may call 9-10:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. Interment will be held in the near future.
