November 9, 1940 - June 17, 2023

Harriet M. Sanko passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at her home.  She was 82.  Born in Bristol, daughter of the late John and Ethel Dransfield, she was a lifelong Croydon resident.  She attended Old Croydon School and was a graduate of Delhaas High School, Class of 1958.  After high school, she worked at Sears on the Boulevard and then retired after 31 years of service as a press operator for Unifirst Corporation.  Mrs. Sanko liked to take rides to the shore, with her son, and traveling.

Predeceased by her husband, Richard G. Sanko, Sr., her sisters, Peggy Mullins and Jean Moyer, she is survived by her son, Richard G. Sanko, Jr., one sister, Gail Gilroy, her nieces, Vivian Acquaviva and Dawn Bennett, her nephews, Craig Mullins, Dan Moyer, and Glenn Gilroy, and her special friend, Marti.

Funeral Services will be held privately under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
