George Pizzullo, Sr.

George J. Pizzullo, Sr. passed away on Monday, February 14, 2022 at The Lutheran Community at Telford. He was 87. Born in Bristol, son of the late Frank and Angelina Lema Pizzullo, he was a Bristol Borough resident for many years prior to moving to Telford 7 years ago. George was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in the Korean War and retired after many years of service at Rohm & Haas Co. He was a member of the Army Honor Guard, the Knights of Columbus and the Bristol Lion's Club.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Bagnarelli Pizzullo, his children, Georgine Maisch and her husband, John, George J. Pizzullo, Jr. and his wife, Christina, Louis E. Pizzullo and his wife, Donna and Norma Jean Mertz and her husband, Charles, 14 grandchildren, 2 sisters, Jenny Reif and Angelina Termyna along with many nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass and private burial will take place on Friday, March 11, 2022. Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of life at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough on Saturday, March 12, 2022 beginning 10:30am with a Service to follow at 12Noon. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made, in George’s honor, to Lutheran Community-Telford, 12 Lutheran Home Drive, Telford, PA 18969.
