George J. Kristoff

George J. Kristoff, 93, of Bristol PA., passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in St. Clair, PA., son of late George and Estelle Kristoff. He worked as a Miner, then served in the U. S. Armed Forces, as corporal during the Korean War. He worked as a supervisor at U.S. Steel for many years until retirement in 1982. After retirement, he kept himself busy by working as a painter with one of his longtime friends.

He was a faithful parishioner of St. Mark Church in Bristol. He was a member of Seton Hall Seniors Club, St. Thomas Seniors Club, and Seasoned Travelers. George loved going on Casino trips and many other Senior Citizen bus trips with his wife and friends. He also loved to bowl, was an avid Phillies fan and loved taking care of his pool for family to enjoy.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen, and his brothers, William, John, Dennis and Leonard. He is survived by his children, Christine, Thomas (Desiree), Patricia (Leonard), George, Richard (Lisa), and Maryellen (David). Proud Grandpop to 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 5 great great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Bernard and sisters, Joann and Arlene, and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Friday, May 6, 2022, 11:00am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough. Interment, St Mark Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday evening 7-9:00pm and Friday morning 9:30-10:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.
