Gail P. McDermott

Gail P. McDermott passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Chandler Hall, Newtown. She was 76. Born in Bristol, she was daughter of the late Bernard and Marie Lippincott McDermott.

Gail attended Bishop Egan High School and graduated from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. She retired after 30 years as a Public Health Nurse with the Montgomery County Health Department in Maryland. Gail was known for her love of all animals and would happily adopt any that a friend or family member could no longer care for.

She will be sadly missed by her sister, Anne Marie Dearson of Levittown, and her brother, Bernard James McDermott of Carmel-By-The-Sea, California. She was the loving aunt to Lisa Plebani, Eric Plebani, and John Dearson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Mass on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 11AM at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough. Interment, Bristol Cemetery. Friends may call 10:00AM-11:00AM at the Church.
