Francis “Marc” Gravante

Francis “Marc” Gravante, age 71, passed away on November 26th surrounded by love, humor, and bedside shenanigans.

Born in Pittsburgh to now deceased parents Nancy Lonero and Francis Gravante. He leaves behind his wife of 42 years, Nancy. Children James (Tricia), Amy (Brian), Carrie Mullen, and Gina Gravante. Grandchildren Cameron, Riley, Madison, Haley, Brianna, Liam, Cian, Mia, and Margot. Brother Jerry (Sharon), sister Darlene (Bill), sister-in-law Cissy (John), and sister-in-law Mary Beth (Mike). Many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends especially Jack F, Alan, Jack L, Joe and Pete, his tennis partner, Ian, along with Monsignor Michael P. McCormac.

Forever young at heart, Marc tirelessly laughed and played games with his beloved grandchildren, whom he cherished deeply.

Marc owned and operated Marc’s Barber Shop, first on Hulmeville Road and the last 25 years on Trenton Road where he catered to the senior community.  Marc had a passion for tennis and was well known in the local tennis community.  He enjoyed his annual summer vacation in Bethany Beach with his wife Nancy at Sea Colony Tennis Resort where he could spend 2 weeks on the court.  Marc was a communicant at the St. Frances Cabrini Church, Fairless Hills.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Marc’s Funeral Mass at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 325 South Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, PA, on Monday, December 2, 2024, visiting hours will be held from 8:00 AM to 9:20 AM with his Funeral Mass following at 9:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Marc’s name.
