Eleanor Pirri passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital. She was 86. Born in Conshohocken, PA, daughter of the late Agostino and Katerina (Galie) Virgulti, she has been a Bristol Borough resident for the past 74 years.

Ellie was a 1952 Bristol High School graduate. She worked alongside her family at their business, “Gus’ Wood Street Café and Bar”, where she learned the skills that made her such an excellent cook and hostess. Her first career outside of the family business was as a Secretary at Rohm & Haas. After raising her family, she went to work at Colorcrafters, inspiring local artist in the area and later, worked as a secretary at Waddell and Reed Investment Services.

Wife of the late Louis E. Pirri, Sr., she is survived by her children, Jennifer Moyer and her husband, Harry, Theresa Carroll and her husband, Edmund, Louis E. Pirri, Jr. and Christopher Pirri and his wife, Janice. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Elliot Moyer (Liza), Gabriella Follis (Joseph), Dante Moyer, Kelly Snyder, Christian Pirri, Daniela Pirri, Tommy Singer and Nicholas Pirri and her great-grand-daughters, Sophia Davis, Maria Moyer and Peach E. Follis. She is also survived by one sister, Noreen (Mulhern) Riley and one sister-in-law, Yolanda (Pirri) Volponi along with many loving and loved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Barbara Moore and Sylvia Virgulti and her brother, Joseph Virgulti.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Mass on Monday, February 22, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough. Friends may call 9-10:45 am at the Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Mark School, 1024 Radcliffe St, Bristol, PA would be appreciated.
