Denise Louise Gormley passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 in Abington, Pa.  She was 61.  Born in Norristown, she was a Bristol Borough resident for the past 20 years.  Denise was employed as a pharmacy assistant for the past 20 years, most recently at Abington Hospital.  She was a member of The Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, Bristol.

Preceded in death by her mother, Joan E. (Russo) Speaker, she is survived by her father, Alan Speaker, Sr. and his wife, Janice, 1 brother, Alan Speaker, Jr., 1 sister, Jolynn Woerner and her husband, Clayton.  She is also survived by her former husband, Laurence Gormley and several nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Thursday, December 29, 2016, 11:00am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.  Interment, private.  Friends may call 9:30am until time of service.
