Christopher Dean Toombs, Sr.

In the early hours of Good Shepherd’s Day, Sunday, May 3, 2020 Christopher Dean Toombs Sr., 33, entered into the flock to rest in his heavenly home.

He was baptized at Saint Mark Roman Catholic Church and made his First Holy Communion at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. He was educated in the Bristol Township and Bristol Borough School districts. He also attended the Valley Forge Military Academy, PA.

Chris enjoyed boasting about May Merriweather, his favorite boxer and football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Many have enjoyed Christopher’s funny jokes. He could be hilarious and his friends and family will miss hearing that joyful laughter.   He enjoyed his travels to Europe and the beach. At times, he assisted with Little Chris’s football team.

Chris regretfully leaves to mourn his wonderfully intelligent and  strong son,  Christopher Dean Toombs, Jr., affectionately called Bubbie, who was the heart of his soul. They could sit and look into each other's eyes saying nothing yet they both understood one another.

He leaves to mourn his loving great grandmom and Matriarch, Christine, the mother of Chris Jr., Jessica; Aunts, Tonya, Alease, Blondell, Roswitha, Renee, Lorraine, Doris and Auntie Mom, Jai; Uncles,  George and Bouncy; nephews, Kaiden, Aubrey, Alex, Jalen and Jamier; nieces, Saige, Justina and Skyla; and cousins,  Janee, Vaughn, Justin,  Rondehl and Ricky.

A special mention to be noted are Christopher’s friends who guarded his heart with love,  especially Miles, Jason, Jen, Brianna, Rob and others who believed in him.

The Toombs Family extend their sincerest gratitude to all of the essential heroes working on the front lines of the Coronavirus Pandemic and the auspicious talents of the Wade Funeral Home and their appointed personnel.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions,  Funeral Services are private under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
