Carlo Greco

Carlo (Wimpy) Greco of Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 6, 2022 surrounded by his daughters. He was 85.

He was born and raised in Donora, PA and worked for many years at US Steel. He moved to Fairless Hills, PA to raise his own family.

Carlo loved a good meal and great conversation with family and friends. He enjoyed getting on the dance floor, playing a game of pool, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, soaking up the sun at the beach, and of course getting in the pool at the YMCA.

Carlo was the rock of his family, a pillar of strength and dependability. He was always there to lend an ear or helping hand. Carlo's bright eyes and smile could light up a room and his voice could calm you in an instant. He took so much pride in his daughters, grandson and family. If you knew Carlo, you loved him. He will be remembered as a kind, compassionate and generous man who truly loved his family and lifelong friends.

Carlo was a beloved father to his daughters and their spouses, Michelle (Greco) Applegate and her late husband Jerry Applegate; Deanne (Greco) Trimble and her husband Jim Trimble; a beloved father figure to Eileen Cary and devoted grandfather to Chase Cary.

Carlo was preceded in death by his loving wife, Donna Greco; his mother, Mary Greco & father, John Greco.

A Memorial Service will be held in his honor at St. Francis Cabrini Church, 325 S Oxford Valley Rd, Fairless Hills, PA on April 2, 2022. Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family beginning at 8:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will follow beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be held privately.

Carlo touched so many lives and will be deeply missed , forever. Arrangements are under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
