Ann Bradley Dougherty
August 14, 1947 - February 25, 2023
Ann Bradley Dougherty passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her family. Born in Bristol Borough, she was a lifelong resident. Ann graduated from Bristol High School, Class of 1965. She played basketball, hockey and softball and was inducted into the Bristol High School Hall of Fame. Ann was proud to have been the highest scorer in Bucks County Basketball her senior year and went on to become a PIAA Basketball Referee in Bucks County. Ann retired from New Jersey State Police after 20 years of service and worked at Harriman Methodist Church Pre-School as a teacher, where she loved working with the children. Ann loved trips to Atlantic City, where she saw all the celebrity shows, and Las Vegas, where she and her husband saw all the shows and enjoyed eating at the elegant restaurants. Ann and her husband enjoyed their life together and particularly loved trips to the ocean. They are now together. She was dedicated to St. Jude's Hospital for Children and contributed there for many years.
Wife of the late John Dougherty, Jr., she is survived by her daughter, Michelle Fusco and her husband, Joseph and Dr. John D. Dougherty III and his wife, Dr. Cindy Oh. She was the devoted grandmother to Samantha, Brianna, Jessica and Madilyn and great-grandmother to Tristan, Liam, Luca, Michalina, Francesca, Nico and Kiera. She is also survived by 1 sister, Joan Perseponko and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mark Church, 1025 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA 19007. Funeral Services will be held privately under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.

I was a childhood friend of her husband John and high school friend to both Ann and John. We had many good times and laughs both during our school and adult years. I was honored to be a member of their wedding party and dinner guest at their apartment on Washington Street. I will remember them both fondly. My sincerest condolences to the family
