Angel Luis Serrano

Angel Luis Serrano passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. He was 86 years old. Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, son of the late Ramon and Julia (Santiago) Serrano. He was a Bristol area resident for over 50 years and was employed for many years at DiGirolamo Farms in Bensalem. Mr. Serrano enjoyed playing the lottery, taking care of stray animals, and sitting in his favorite spot underneath a tree at his Bristol home with a nice cold beer. He was also known to be a very competitive domino player and a caring people person.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Soto Serrano; five daughters, Maria O'Brien, Iris Gonzalez (Taco), Alicia Salinas (Jose), Julie Trejo (Samuel), and Diana Palacio (David); son, Tony Serrano; many grandchildren (including Erik, Fernando, Priscila, Mireya, Araceli, Javier, Yesenia, Carmelo, Miguel, Tatiana, Pedro, Natalia, and Romeo), many nieces and nephews, and a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his two sons, Jose Luis Serrano and Hilario Serrano.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Thursday, January 2, 2025, 10:30am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough. A viewing will be held on Wednesday evening, 7-9:00pm at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. A second viewing will be held on Thursday morning, 9:30am-10:30am at St. Mark Church. Interment will be held at St. Mark Cemetery.
