Robert Clark, 61

Robert “Bob” Clark Jr., 61 of Stuart, Florida passed away suddenly on Monday, May 1, 2017 while visiting his son in Cape May, NJ.

Bob was born July 18, 1955 in Philadelphia, PA to Robert Sr. and Marguerite (Doneker) Clark. He graduated from Bishop Egan High School in Fairless Hills, PA in 1973. While living in Croydon, Bob was blessed with three children. He also lived in Buckingham, PA, and Cape May, NJ with his last residence in Stuart, FL. Bob was first employed at US Steel Mill, then followed in his father’s footsteps with Clark’s Hauling, which became BC Trucking, and then owned/operated Kauffman Brothers in Bristol, PA and Treasure Coast Springers in Stuart, FL. He enjoyed getting good deals on EBay (Harley Davidson), loved being on or near the water, and working outdoors. A special place for Bob was a cabin in Jackson, PA. He was generous to his family, friends, and co-workers. Bob was actively involved in a Stuart, FL Outreach Program to help improve the lives of teenage boys in the community. Thanks to his generosity, The Gift of Life Donor program will be able to provide hope to many men, women and children.

Bob is survived by his daughter, Renee Clark of Warminster PA, his son, Bradley Clark of Cape May, NJ, and three sisters, Marguerite Pacheco of Levittown, Kathleen (Bob) Steele of Middletown, DE, and Beth (Bill) Plunkett of Langhorne. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert J III, his parents, Robert and Marguerite, his brother-in-law, Robert Steele, grandparents, James & Catherine Clark and Harry & Margaret Doneker, and beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, 10:00am until Noon at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Str., Bristol Borough. Bob will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Assoc., at www.heart.org or the American Diabetes Association at www.diabetes.org
