Pauline M. Whyno

Pauline M. Whyno (Sue) passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at St. Mary Medical Center.  She was 81.  Born in Bristol Borough, and raised in Croydon, she has been a Bristol Borough resident for the past 52 years.  Pauline was employed as a Crossing Guard in Bristol Borough for over 20 years.  She loved music, playing the accordion as a child and then the organ. She sang in the choir throughout her youth and later in life loved to dance with her husband.   Pauline enjoyed crocheting,  was an avid reader, and enjoyed watching TV with her husband.

She was predeceased by 2 children, Jackie Clardy and John Whyno and is survived by her husband, caregiver and companion of 51 years, John Whyno, her 4 children, Elizabeth Bomentre, Victoria Byer, Sandra Perkins and her husband, Walter and Kelly Parks and her husband, Joseph,  5 grandchildren, Gina, Joseph, Tevian, Mia, and John (his sisters, Samantha and Hanna) and her 2 great-grand-daughters, Addie and Ella Mae.  She is also survived by 2 sisters, Margaret Ferryman and Wanda Rogers along with several loving nieces and nephews.  Also predeceased by 2 brothers, Thomas Bellerby and James Muth.  

The family would like to thank Dr. Anthony Mannino and his staff, the staff at Mercy Home Health and all the nurses at St. Mary Medical Center for the skilled and compassionate care they provided for Pauline.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Monday, March 11, 2019, 11:00am at St. Ann Church, Bristol Borough.  Interment, Bristol Cemetery.  Friends may call 9:30-11:00am at the Church.  Arrangements are under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
