Mary Louise McCue Sessa

Mary Louise McCue Sessa, dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Aria Health Bucks County, surrounded by her loving family. She was 70. Born in Bristol, daughter of the late James and Margaretta Duffy McCue, she has been a Levittown resident for over 50 years. She attended St. Mark Elementary School, volunteered in St. Mark Convent, while in school, and was a graduate of Bristol High School, Class of 1964. Mary was employed at Bishop Conwell High School, Alvino's Restaurant and the Shopping Bag in Levittown. She was a member of the Levittown American Little League Ladies Auxiliary, but most importantly dedicated her time to helping raise her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Martin James Sessa, Sr. her children; Dawn White and her husband, David, Martin James Sessa, Jr and his wife, Lori, Donna Sarver and her husband, Chris, and Dana McGettigan and her husband, Kevin. Devoted grandmother of Marty III, Liana, Lakyn, Kaelyn, Michael, Matthew, Tyler, Olivia, Madden, Christopher, Jacob and Rylee. She is also survived by her lifelong friend, Carolyn Harrison and special friends, Mary and Tom Hvizda, Sue Moore and Chris Derr. She was predeceased by her brother, William McCue and aunts, Marianna Griffith and Olivia Duffy. The family would like to thank Mary Louise's dedicated nurses, her ICU nurses at Aria Health and especially her family physician, Dr. Leonard Malamud.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, 10:00am at St. Mark Church, Bristol. Interment, Bristol Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening 7-9:00pm and Wednesday morning 8:30-9:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.
