Margaret Robinson

Margaret J. (nee Pizzullo) Robinson passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at home with her loving family by her side. She was 90. Born October 3, 1924, in Bristol Borough, to the late Frank and Angelina (nee Lima) Pizzullo , she was a Bristol Borough resident most of her life before moving to Levittown in 1997. Mrs. Robinson loved to play bingo, word find books and bus trips to Atlantic City with her husband and many friends. She was well known for her homemade Italian cookies, with recipes from her mother and Aunt Rosie Marini. She attended Bristol High School on Wood Street, completing the 11th grade and worked at Kaiser, Safety First, shift-worked at 3M Co., and retired from Simon & Schuster.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence A. Robinson, whom she married on May 13, 1950 and new-born grandson, Anthony L. Robinson, she is survived by her greatest loves, son, Gregory Paul Robinson and his wife, Marie, grand-daughter, Tracey M. Robinson (Jeff Appell), all of Bensalem, daughter, Angelina A. Robinson Crespo and her husband, Efrain and grandson, Michael A. Robinson, all of Levittown, with whom she resided, grandson, Frank J. Crespo and his wife, Jillian of Feasterville and great-grandson, Alex Vendrell of Bristol Township. She is also survived by her siblings, Angelina Termyna (Joseph), George Pizzullo (Norma), and Jennie Rief. The family would like to thank the Heartland Hospice Staff, Nancy for her excellent care, Pat, who spent several nights with Margaret and especially Carolyn who dedicated many hours to her care and enjoyed the way Margaret could always make her laugh. Also to her social worker, Greg, for his support to the whole family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Saturday, September 26, 2015, 11:00am at St. Ann Church, Bristol Borough. Interment, St. Mark Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
