Marcia L. Gordon

Marcia (nee Victori) Gordon passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 16. She was 73. Born and raised in Jersey City Heights, New Jersey, she has been a Levittown resident since 1980. Mrs. Gordon attended New Jersey City University, and retired from New Jersey Bell after 30 years, where she worked as a phone operator, staff artist, and designer. After moving to Levittown, she was a volunteer librarian at St. Michael the Archangel School and enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren, along with children of friends and neighbors. She also enjoyed horticulture, traveling, cooking, art, music, old Hollywood movies, and spending time with her family, especially her great-grandson.

Daughter of the late Marcel and Adele (nee DuBois) Victori, she was the beloved wife of over 30 years to the late Thomas R. Gordon, Sr. She is survived by her loving children, Adele L. Tidman (Bob) and Thomas R. Gordon, Jr (Gail). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Robert G. Tidman (Lauryn) and Krista V. Tidman, and her precious great-grandson, Jason C. Tidman. She is also survived by three brothers, Eugene Victori (Denise), George Victori (Linda), Alfred Victori (Sharon), her godmother, Gertrude DuBois, all of North Jersey, along with many dear nieces, nephews, and extended family. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her favorite aide, Tracy, as well as the staffs of St. Mary's Hospital, Statesman Nursing Home, and Chandler Hall. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday, November 21, 12:30pm at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Boro. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call 11:30am until time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Bridge Clinic Animal Rescue, 2820 Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, PA 19053.
