Harold McAndrew passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Majestic Oaks Nursing Home in Warminster. He was 90. Born in Lost Creek, Pa., son of the late John and Catherine Conroy McAndrew, he has been a Fairless Hills resident for over 53 years. Mr. McAndrew was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving in WWII. He was employed as a automobile salesman for over 55 years, working at Reedman Auto World, McBride Chevrolet and Diekhaus Buick. Mr. Andrew was a longtime member of St. Frances Cabrini Church, where he served as an usher and was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Joseph the Worker Council.
Predeceased by his wife, Irene M. McAndrew and his son, James McAndrew, he is survived by 1 daughter, Michelle Krysko and her husband, Art, 2 sons, Harold McAndrew and his wife, Denise and John McAndrew. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Christopher, Jacquelyn, Alexa, Joey, Samantha and Madelyn. Mr. McAndrew was also predeceased by 2 sisters, Loretta and Mary.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Saturday, August 29, 2015, 11:00am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough. Interment will be held at Washington Crossing National Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call 9-10:45am at the Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimers Association.
