Charles G. Murray

Charles G. Murray passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. He was 77. Born and raised in Bristol Borough, son of the late Alfred "Tip" and Camilla Kallenbach Murray, he has been a Langhorne resident for the past 14 years and prior to that was a Levittown resident for 35 years. He was a graduate of North Catholic High School and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force National Guard. Mr. Murray was a local Real Estate Appraiser, with his office on Mill Street for over 40 years. He was a member of the National Association of Realtors, with a status of Realtor Emeritus. Mr. Murray was an avid bowler, bowling in many Bucks County leagues and was a member of the American Bowling Congress for over 30 years. He loved all Philly sports, most especially the Eagles, where he was a longtime season ticket holder.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carole (nee Scott) Murray, his 3 children, Scott Murray and his wife, Gina, Glenn Murray and Karen Murray, 5 grandchildren, Brittany Hernandez, Brendan Murray, Alyssa Murray, Hannah Murray and Brianna Myers. Also survived by his sister, Eileen Dugan, sister-in-law, Lynn Murray, friends of over 50 years, Alex and Carol Grecco along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Larry Murray.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 15, 2014, 10:00am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough. Interment, Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. Friends may call Friday evening 7-9:00pm and Saturday morning 8:30-9:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.
