Ann Marie Schnerr

Ann Marie Schnerr passed away suddenly on Friday evening, November 21, 2014, as a result of an automobile accident. She was 71. Born in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Michael J. and Alice R. (Gallagher) Devitt, she has been a Bristol Borough resident for the past 60 years. Ann Marie retired from Helene Fuld Hospital in June of 2014 where she was employed as a Registered Nurse. She received two awards for Excellence in Nursing. She was a member of St. Mark Church, and the AORN. She enjoyed the ballet. Ann Marie was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved being with her grandchildren and taking care of her family.

Wife of the late David B. Schnerr, she is survived by her loving daughters, Kathleen Schnerr Koch and her husband, Jay of Levittown, and Jennifer Ann Schnerr Horan and her husband, Stephen of Willow Grove. Also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Katelynn Elizabeth Koch, Jenna David Koch, Ann Marie Nicole Koch and Scott David Horan, and her step-grandchildren, Stephen Horan and Brian Horan. She is also survived by her special cousins, Mary Alice Reed of Colorado and Beverly Ann Posiviata of Arizona along with many other dear relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, 10:00am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Borough. Interment, St. Mark Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening 7-9:00pm and Wednesday morning 8:30-9:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. In lieu of flowers, donations, in memory of Ann Marie, be made to the Woman's Humane Society, 3839 Richlieu Rd., Bensalem, Pa 19020.
